Sprouted Ragi Cutlets

Ingredients:
π₯£ 1 cup Nutraley Sprouted Ragi Flour
π₯ 5 boiled potatoes, mashed
π° 4 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
πΆ 2 green chilies, chopped
π§ 1 onion, finely chopped
π₯π½π« Your favorite vegetables (e.g., carrot, corn, capsicum)
πΏ Fresh cilantro, mint, and ginger
π§ Spices: Nutraley Kashmiri Chili Powder πΆ, garam masala, mango powder, salt
π’ Nutraley Cold-Pressed Cooking Oil (for shallow frying)
Β Steps:
π₯ In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes and Nutraley Sprouted Ragi Flour.
π₯ Add chopped herbs, green chilies, onion, and your favorite vegetables π½π«, followed by Nutraley Kashmiri Chili Powder and other spices π§.
πΎ Add chickpea flour and mix everything into a soft dough.
β Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.
π₯ Heat a pan with Nutraley Cold-Pressed Oil and shallow fry the cutlets until golden and crisp on both sides.
π½ Drain excess oil on a tissue and serve hot with mint-coriander chutney and lemon wedges π.
