🌰 4 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)

🌢 2 green chilies, chopped

πŸ₯•πŸŒ½πŸ«‘ Your favorite vegetables (e.g., carrot, corn, capsicum)

🌿 Fresh cilantro, mint, and ginger

πŸ§‚ Spices: Nutraley Kashmiri Chili Powder 🌢, garam masala, mango powder, salt

πŸ›’ Nutraley Cold-Pressed Cooking Oil (for shallow frying)

Β Steps:


πŸ₯” In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes and Nutraley Sprouted Ragi Flour.

πŸ₯• Add chopped herbs, green chilies, onion, and your favorite vegetables πŸŒ½πŸ«‘, followed by Nutraley Kashmiri Chili Powder and other spices πŸ§‚.

🌾 Add chickpea flour and mix everything into a soft dough.

βœ‹ Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.
