Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Commitment

We are pleased to offer free shipping across USA for orders above $75. We provide shipping services nationwide, subject to availability in the buyer's location. Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination address. Please note that this service is valid for specific pincodes only.

Our Standard Shipping rates are:

  • Order value up to $50 is $6.99
  • Order value from $50 to $75 is $2.99
  • Order value above $75 is free

Exchanges

Exchanges and returns are permitted under the following circumstances: Torn or improperly sealed packets upon delivery. Products that have expired prior to delivery. To initiate an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and the original packaging. Please note that once a product has been used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.

Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped by us. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund for the full amount paid. Please be aware that Pots and Grains Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or decline any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with the provided personal/financial details.

Return Policy

We offer a 2 weeks return policy, allowing you to request a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and accompanied by the tags. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@nutraley.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable

Refunds
